An easy day trip from London has us exploring the English countryside, Stonehenge and Bath with all afternoon in bath with Premium Tours. With a free transfer from our hotel and a departure time of 8:15 am, we were on our way in air-conditioned coach comfort. First stop, Stonehenge: a UNESCO world heritage site, we were given an audio guide to explore the site at our own pace.
Driving through more country side we arrived in the town of Bath, the true highlight of the tour. Lunch is at your leisure at whichever quaint cafe or restaurant you choose before exploring beautiful Bath: the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey and Pulteney bridge overlooking the river Avon. Live music playing in the square surrounded by beautiful architecture. The tour arrived back in London roughly 7:30 pm and cost £55 per person.
